In her new role, Ms. Page will be responsible for expanding client relationships and increasing sales in the advertising and marketing arena for MultiVu's industry-leading multimedia services. Ms. Page will be based in Los Angeles and will report to Todd Grossman, MultiVu's vice president, sales and client services.

"We look forward to drawing on Tracey's deep knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry as we continue to leverage interest in MultiVu's services across the entire communications spectrum," said Mr. Grossman. "Advertisers and marketers, along with PR professionals, now recognize that multimedia delivers several advantages over traditional advertising and marketing programs in terms of cost, targeting and interactivity. In this regard, the services that MultiVu offers, such as the Multimedia News Release, network, cable and radio placement and our multimedia billboard offerings in Times Square and on the Las Vegas Strip, are increasingly being viewed as critical components to broader advertising and marketing efforts, and, in many cases, as the focal point of audience outreach. Tracey's unique combination of broadcast, multimedia, marketing and sales experience will be invaluable as we continue to expand MultiVu's footprint and attract clients of varying sizes, industries and communications disciplines."

Ms. Page brings to MultiVu more than 15 years of sales experience and a proven track record of success in cultivating relationships with Fortune 500 companies, public relations agencies, and top advertising firms nationwide. Prior to joining MultiVu, Ms. Page served as vice president, broadcast and online media sales, at WestStar Talk Radio Network, where she worked on the "Kim Komando" show and was responsible for direct B2B and media agency broadcast, Web, email and podcast product sales. Prior to that, she held managerial positions in sales at Giga Information Group and Fourth Shift Corporation.

Ms. Page commented, "MultiVu's array of services enables companies to make a significant impact online and attract a wider and more diverse audience at a significantly lower cost than traditional print, TV and Web ads. I look forward to introducing comprehensive multimedia solutions to new and existing clients and working with them to build programs that meet their marketing and communications needs."
