Marc Newman, a fifteen-year broadcast industry veteran has joined MultiVu, a PR Newswire company, as divisional vice president, Tim Bahr, president of MultiVu, announced today. Based in Dallas, Texas, Newman will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-level relationships with MultiVu's technology, retail and consumer goods clients. Recently, Newman was an associate vice president at Medialink Worldwide in charge of regional sales management and marketing in the Southern Region. He was also involved in national product/service launches such as Medialink's joint venture with Business Wire. In 1994, Newman opened a Dallas office for Medialink having spent the preceding six years rising from the position of network coordinator to general manager of the Southern Region.
