Tom will be based in New York and will assist and advise clients nationwide in developing and executing digital media programs, focusing on streaming media formats such as podcasts and webcasts. He will report to Todd Grossman, Vice President, Sales and Client Services for MultiVu.

"With webcasts and podcasts becoming an increasingly popular means of communicating to a target audience, MultiVu is committed to providing our customers with experts who can advise on the best way for businesses to use these tools," said Todd Grossman. "Tom has more than ten years of extensive streaming and multimedia experience in sales and product development, and will immediately have a positive impact on the depth of service we can provide to our clients. We are very pleased to welcome him onboard."

Tom most recently served as Vice President of Business Development at interactive media company X Factor Communications, LLC, where he was also co-founder. X-Factor was created as a spin-out from IntelliSpace Media Services, where Tom served as Director of Operations. He also held positions at Visual Data Corporation (now Onstream Media) and MediaOnDemand.com. Previous clients include Johnson & Johnson, Xerox and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

"Digital media can help a company save money, and also gain a significant business advantage over its competitors," said Tom Miale. "Multimedia expands the ways in which businesses can interact with their customers. By speaking directly to an audience that is already aware and engaged, businesses attract mutually successful relationships."

Tom continued, "For instance, by using a webcast as a basis for bringing people together, an online community may develop -- and members of that community share an active interest in a company's sector, product or service. Digital media serves to expand and enhance a company's marketing program -- and engaging audiences in this way is the future of communications."

In the four years since its inception, MultiVu has become the fastest growing broadcast PR services company and counts among its customers a majority of the top 25 PR firms globally.
