Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Charles Gregson, Breitling will be responsible for corporate strategy, including identifying potential acquisition targets and opportunities to diversify both domestically and internationally.

Breitling previously held roles at Paribas, J.P. Morgan, McKinsey and The World Bank. He has extensive corporate transactions experience in the media and telecommunications industries, including debt offerings, privatizations and principal investing. In his prior role at New York- based private equity firm ISG, he focused on advising companies on their business plans, finance strategies, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions.
