What: MultiVu's Global Digital Center enables journalists to view and download rich and engaging multimedia content from leading companies, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies and other organizations across all industries, including healthcare, entertainment and technology. Journalists can visit the Global Digital Center to browse the latest content, use a keyword search to find specific content or can choose to receive an advisory each time new content is uploaded.

Journalists can view, rate and comment on much of Digital Center's content. Additionally, the Global Digital Center includes social media tags, an "email to a friend" option, and code for embedding video in a webpage, facilitating easy sharing. Embed code makes it easier for journalists to add video or photos to blogs or social network profiles.

How to Download Content: Journalists can access the Global Digital Center content by logging on to http://thedigitalcenter.com/ directly, or by going to PR Newswire for Journalists (PRNJ) and selecting the Digital Archive tab or by visiting and using their PRNJ login and password. Journalists who are not PRNJ members can register to access content via the following website. The Global Digital Center content can be downloaded in multiple formats that cater to journalists in the US and internationally, including MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 downloadable files, NTSC and PAL, and SD and HD.

Journalists can download content by selecting an individual asset and choosing their desired download format. The Digital Center also includes an "add to cart" option, which enables journalists to select multiple photos or videos to download together.

The Global Digital Center includes video, photo and multimedia content from all organizations who use MultiVu's Multimedia News Release, a single platform that combines video, audio, text and multimedia content for distribution to media and consumer audiences. Other content found within the Global Digital Center includes video from MultiVu's customers' personal Digital Center archives.
